Problems using the online form? You can also email us directly at pharmacy@fraserheightsvet.com with your name, pet’s name, phone number, medication name, and quantity.
You can also request all flea and dewormer medication if your pet has been seen by one of our veterinarians in the last 12 months.
This form is monitored Monday-Friday 8:00 am-3:00 pm. Please allow 48 hours after you receive our confirmation email for all refills to be ready for pick-up. If you need to pick up same day please call 604-588-4161. Please note all weekend and after-hour requests will not be received until the following monitored day.
If you are requesting special orders please allow extra time for the order to be received in the hospital. Once received in hospital we will contact you directly.
If requesting for prescriptions to be sent to a local pharmacy please include pharmacy name and information under “Special Instructions”
